User Management

The Users page main modules, Site Users and Admin Users, provide information about users and admins.

From the Users menu, the admin can:

• Create accounts
• Search users using custom filters (User ID / Username / Email Address)
• Edit account data (usernames cannot be changed)
• Log in as user
• Send private messages to users (email notifications will be received as well)
• Delete users

Important:

When deleting an existing user account, the application will remove records such as:

• Listings
• Feedback received
• Messages

It is not possible to delete a user's:

• Past bids
• Offers
• Sales
• Purchases
• Feedback left
