PHP Pro Bid costs £399 one-time for a self-hosted License, from £63/month for Cloud, or from £159/month for Managed VPS when billed annually. PHP Pro Bid charges no per-event fee and takes 0% of winning bids. Hosting, optional services, and payment-processing fees are separate.
Some platforms have no upfront software price but charge a percentage of funds raised, add optional donor tips, or reserve features for paid plans. Compare what your organization pays across the whole event, including platform fees, payment processing, branding, and support. The cost calculator models fixed software costs and percentage fees without treating payment processing as a PHP Pro Bid charge.
Run each annual, seasonal, or always-on fundraiser on the same branded installation. Your bidder accounts and auction records stay in one place, and PHP Pro Bid does not add a new software fee each time you create an event.
Every plan supports silent auctions and nonprofit fundraising. Many lots increase the catalog work. Many guests bidding near the same closing time create the traffic peak.
We host and maintain the software. It is the easy starting point when your team does not want to manage a server. Hosting, updates, and support are included.
Choose CloudWe manage private server resources for you. This is the preferred hosted plan for larger catalogs or heavier simultaneous bidder traffic. Source code,* backups, Unbranding, and priority support are included.
Choose Managed VPSInstall it on compatible hosting you control. Event capacity depends on that server. Support is included, and optional hosting and same-day installation are available.
Choose the LicensePlanning a large event? Tell us how many lots you expect, how many guests may be online together, and whether several lots will close within a short period. We can recommend Cloud or Managed VPS before you order.
*License and Managed VPS include the PHP source code. A small number of licensing and security files are encoded with ionCube.
This is auction software. It is not presented as a complete nonprofit-management suite.
These are not included as standard features. Our Custom Development service can scope new features or integrations. A branded iOS and Android app is available through our mobile app service.
Not sure whether it fits? Send us your event format, expected bidder count, payment gateway, required exports, and any missing workflow. We will separate what the standard platform already covers from any custom work before you order. Ask about your setup.
No. The auction works in a mobile browser. Guests visit your auction URL, register on your site, and bid without installing an app. A branded native app is available only as a separate custom development service.
You connect your own PayPal or Stripe account. When a winner pays through your enabled gateway, the payment goes to your account. PHP Pro Bid takes no percentage, although your payment provider may charge its normal processing fee.

PHP Pro Bid does not impose a software limit on the number of auctions or lots. Practical capacity depends on the hosting, image sizes, and how many people browse and bid at the same time. Cloud removes the server-management work. Managed VPS provides private server resources and is the preferred hosted option for a larger catalog, heavier bidder traffic, or repeated events. License capacity depends on the hosting you provide.
