From the Edit System Emails menu (Admin Interface -> Site Content -> Edit System Emails) users can edit the texts of the standard emails send by the software. Just Select Email file, then hit Proceed:

Note: Please edit the files using an editor that recognizes php syntax.

Adding invalid code to any of the files might render your site unusable.
