• fixed an issue whereby uploading images using the file upload plugin would cause a new browser tab to open after the form submit button was clicked
• fixed an issue whereby the categories table sometimes wasn't saved correctly when editing it from the admin area
• updated the update category language files members and admin tools, as they were not generating the required results
• fixed an issue whereby the state box ajax component was not outputting correctly due to invalid html encoding issues

• the seller_ip field is now also correctly copied when relisting an auction
• the creation_date is updated to the relist date for auctions that are relisted as new rows in the table
• fixed an issue where the shop_status() method returned results even if stores were disabled sitewide

• different auction related fields are updated asynchronously based on the value entered in the quantity field (1 = standard, >= 2 = dutch)
• fixed an issue whereby the blocked user message on the auction details page was not displaying correctly
• fixed an issue where the bidder verification box was shown in the members area even if bidder verification was disabled
• fixed an issue whereby scheduled items were not properly counted and displayed
• updated the paypal callback process to comply with paypal's latest requirements in the matter (HTTP 1.1 protocol, response calls are made through SSL)
• fixed an issue whereby listings were not properly set up if store only mode was enabled
• fixed an issue whereby the thumbnail generator incorrectly output broken images
