With the Support Desk Add-On you can manage and respond to your users' questions, tickets and requests in an efficient and timely manner.

Take a look at some of the add-on features:

  • Ability to assign to each of your support desk to a specific customer
  • Users can address requests, open tickets to specifically created custom fields, thus reducing the possibility of duplicate inquiries
  • Both users & support-desk staff can upload files
  • E-mail notifications for every support ticket (& every reply)
  • Users can select (& staff can independently assign) the priority level of each ticket: low – standard – high – critical
  • Users and staff can filter tickets according to priority
  • Support desk staff can close tickets. Users can reopen them at any point.
