  • Ability to assign to each of your support desk to a specific customer
  • Users can address requests, open tickets to specifically created custom fields, thus reducing the possibility of duplicate inquiries
  • Both users & support-desk staff can upload files

  • Users can select (& staff can independently assign) the priority level of each ticket: low – standard – high – critical
  • Users and staff can filter tickets according to priority
