Increasing users' safety. With Admin Approval enabled, each new account requires manual admin activation. However, to automatically validate new accounts, enable No Confirmation Required or demand an additional registration step – account activation via e-mail.
After completing the registration process new users will have to verify their accounts. You can also add, as an extra safety measure, a Verification Fee that can be credited to the user's account after confirming personal details.
Efficient business communication. With Public Questions enabled, any user can contact sellers and/or buyers before and after a purchase. The platform will send, by default, regular e-mail notifications regarding bids, sales, etc. Users can also e-mail listings to friends. Improper seller/buyer behavior can be reported via e-mail or by completing a form.
Users can find out, by looking at their star rating, sellers/buyers with excellent customer service records. Even more, before making a purchase, buyers can browse a seller’s complete transaction and reviews history.
