Support Desk Procedure
How to submit a support ticket:
- Enter a title for your ticket
- Write a detailed account of the problems you encounter. Be sure to include error messages or anything else you consider relevant
- Select the priority level for your ticket (from Critical to Low)
- Click on the Submit button to complete the request
You can track the status of your support request on the home page of the support desk. You will be notified by email when a reply is posted. If anything happens while waiting for the response, you can update the request at any point. You can also respond to the updates posted by our team.
Using the contact form is also an alternative, but keep in mind that we prioritize support desk tickets.
