From the Preferred Sellers (Admin Interface -> Settings -> Site Settings -> Preferred Sellers Feature) menu enable / set:
If enabled, the admin can give certain users listing / sale fee reductions.
Enter the number of days after which the preferred seller status will expire.
Enter the reduction percentage that will be applied.
If checked, will apply the preferred seller reduction to sale fees.
