Select an invoice from My Sales (Home -> Member Areas -> Selling -> My Sales) and open the Update menu:

Payment Status

Provide info regarding the payment status of an order.

  • Unpaid
  • Paid
  • Paid (Direct Payment)
  • Payment on Arrival
Shipping Status

Provide info regarding the status of an order.

  • Processing
  • Posted / Sent
  • Problem
  • N/A
Shipping Carrier (optional)

Enter the name of the shipping carrier used.

Tracking Number (optional)

Enter the tracking number the carrier has provided for the package.

Enter Tracking Link (optional)

Enter the url for the tracking code.

Update Buyer

Select whether to send the buyer an email notification regarding shipping updates
