Posting Feedback

Why should you bother leaving feedback?

It's a way to show appreciation or express dissatisfaction with a seller's or buyer's service, behavior, or product quality.

But it's more than that.

Feedback also plays a crucial role in building trust in specific sellers or buyers while pushing those who consistently provide subpar services or fail to pay to the sidelines.

There are three types of feedback:

  • Positive
  • Negative
  • Neutral

The posting feedback process is identical for both transaction partners (buyer and seller).

Select, from the Pending Feedback (Home -> Members Area -> Feedback -> Leave Feedback -> Pending Feedback) section, the product(s) for which to give feedback and click Leave Feedback.

The next screen will ask to select the type of feedback (Positive, Negative, or Neutral) and to comment on the overall experience.

Important: Unless completing the Comments field, the feedback won't be posted.

The final screen will display a message confirming the posting of the feedback and the updated reputation (rank) of the buyer.
