You're in the right place.

For a complete installation, please complete the following steps.

  1. Download the V9 Kit zip file from the client area.
  2. Unzip files on your computer.
  3. Upload files to the public html folder or a subfolder.
  4. Access the URL from the browser and the installation page will load automatically.

To proceed with the installation, you are required to enter your PHP Pro Bid account details, in order to verify and activate your license.
Important: Your account password will only be used to connect to our api, and will not be saved on your installation.

Server Requirements

To install and run PHP Pro Bid, your server configuration must meet the following requirements.

On the installation page, the Server Requirements module executes a series of queries on your server, and depending on how many prerequisites are met, it generates a chart similar to the one in the caption below. The installation continues only if the system fulfills all the requirements.

When your server fails to satisfy at least one requirement, the software will display an error message.

Important:

ionCube Loaders are required. For additional installation info, please click here. If they are run-time loaded, disregard this message.

Installation Details

Create, on your server, a database and a new user. To connect to the database, complete the module fields with the required usernames and passwords.

Important: If the selected database contains PHP Pro Bid v6.x tables, please enter a different prefix for the v7 tables to avoid naming conflicts.

Security Settings

The session/security key combination allows the storage, on the server, of user data. The data is available only while the user is actively using the software.

A new Session Namespace and Security Secret Key are generated for each new login.

Inactivity for a certain time (set in the php configuration) automatically deletes all the info accumulated during the session.
